Video of the first cut on the new Mechmate
Here is a video of the Mechmate cutting its first file. It is some pieces of 3/4 Birch Plywood for a dust collector foot that will connect to a ShopVac.

CNC Router built in our shop.
We have had CNC router capabilities for here for several years. We have not been happy with the machine we had so we sold it the first of January and built our own. Below is pictures of the build from beginning till completion.
It is accurate to +/- .0001" and moves at 500IPM.
